Rather than some expensive estimate to replace a bunch of parts they came back and told me it was a simple repair that could be done on the spot for less than $75. I know some of my future repairs will be more-- but its nice to know that they are only recommending what is needed. More

The last straw was when they left a bunch of suspension bolts loose and missing after the last service and the car was stranded at the side of the road seven miles from the dealership. They charged us for a tow and insisted “we could not prove they caused the problem” This after they replaced both struts and all the bushings. Another mechanic found the problem—loose bolts left on top of the suspension components and a damaged axle. The manager told me the problem was we had an old car and no-one could work on it anymore (it’s ten years old!) We had always had a problem with over-billing—the price was NEVER what they quoted, plus the work was NEVER done correctly. After a year of trying, I have given up and concluded these people are criminals. Do not go to this dealer. More

After corresponding with Todd for over 2 months before acquiring our V70R, we decided to make an appointment to have the timing belt replaced along with the tensioner, waterpump, idler pulley, and serpent acquiring our V70R, we decided to make an appointment to have the timing belt replaced along with the tensioner, waterpump, idler pulley, and serpentine belt. He was very quick at responding to questions and made sure that all our concerns were addressed. Upon arriving at the dealership, Todd was there to greet us and was phenomenal to deal with. He kept us updated as to the status of the repairs and even went a step further and completed a full 27 point inspection at no charge. All the work was completed on time and he even was able to get our fuel tank door locking mechanism replaced on the same day.
