My recent experience could not have been better, however I was very disappointed to learn that the dealership will be moving to the Tempe Autoplex. That location will be much farther for me. I've been coming since 2003 when we returned from Europe where we picked up the car. This 2001 Volvo cross country has only been serviced with you and I've been very happy all those years! Really great experience with Overseas Delivery! Service was fine. We should have been told at the beginning of January that the price on the car was very set. I didn't feel like there was a lot of wiggle room for price. I could have walked away, beginning of January that the price on the car was very set. I didn't feel like there was a lot of wiggle room for price. I could have walked away, but I do like the car. Even though I bought a used car - I spent a lot of money in your facility. The least you could have done was fill up the tank with gas. You wouldn't be losing money. It's the little things that bring people back to your dealership. Filling up the first tank - a little thing. You do need to think total customer service when somebody spends money in your facility. More
