I have been going to Powell Volvo, now Tempe volvo since 2004. When I heard of the ownership change my 1st question was "Are you keeping the same staff?" Thankfully you answered yes, because Jud White is th 2004. When I heard of the ownership change my 1st question was "Are you keeping the same staff?" Thankfully you answered yes, because Jud White is the #1 reason I keep coming back. He is professional yet friendly and is an excellent communicator about things (like cars)that I don't understand. For my last BIG service, my partner wanted me to get another estimate. I grudgingly did so but they were $250 higher than Jud's price! So you got value, guys! Also, Jud is always able to help me when I need it. He always says "Bring it right in". I do and they fix it promptly and correctly the 1st time! Finally, I had a car accident a couple of years ago, I was shaken up and I called Jud he took care of everything! Getting the car to service, to body shop, and back again so I didn't have to worry. As long as I own a Volvo and as long as Jud White works for you, I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Julie Roberts More

Everything was wonderful.. Very nice people and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service. Now if our A/C will just work all summer we will be happy lol. Excellent and friendly service. My only problem on this day was the proximity of a chatty cell phone user in the customer waiting room. Excellent service and very polite service personal. Felt that the dealership was really concerned about my Volvo condition, what was needed to be repaired and what was not needed to be done ( transmission o that the dealership was really concerned about my Volvo condition, what was needed to be repaired and what was not needed to be done ( transmission oil change which I thought was required but not needed at this time ). Traveled from Surprise to get my Volvo serviced and glad I did as the other Volvo dealer on Bell Road had not talked to me the day before, after I was there for 15 minutes. Thanks to Service Department, I'll be bringing my Volvo back to get service done when required and take care of some recommemded repairs he suggested but not credical at this time. Pep Boys replaced my battery and claimed that I had a bad alternator. Brought it back to dealership to verify. Found that there was nothing wrong with the alternater.
