Your new location is fantastic (closer for me than Scottsdale) and working with Jud White is always a pleasure; I will request him for my next maintenance service. I did not have the recommended repair because I didn't expect to pay in excess of $800 to have the ac line repaired; a totally prepostorous fee!!! The ac unit is working, but not putting out cold air. The reason I purchased a Volvo was it's reputation as a quality automobile. I have less than 45,000 miles on this car; it is serviced by your dealership regularly and it is not abused in any way. However, I am becoming more dis-allusioned with the product and this particular repair cost which was absolutely prohibitive. With the addition of freon, I do appreciate the "band-aid" measure that will get me thru the summer in comfort. I have found the quality of work done at your dealership is usually good, but I will have to see how long the "band-aid" lasts. This is the reason for the "N/A" on Quality of Work. Your staff is to be commended for their friendly and caring demeanor. More
