Each and every time we have serviced our car at this dealership, they have consistently treated us with respect throughout the whole process, starting with the receptionist, service rep, mechanic, and then cashier. Jud was extremely conscientious and professional about keeping us informed (via phone calls) along the way about the progress of our work and any delays that might be expected. The fact that he was upfront about "unexpected" delays as soon as they were discovered allowed me to adjust my schedule as needed. These are the qualities that we have grown to expect when dealing with the Tempe Volvo dealership and why we will always be loyal customers. Thanks again for making it such a pleasant experience!
