BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!! We started looking at cars online, spoke and emailed several car sales people and didn't have such a good experience until we spoke to Scott. We went into the dealership, there wasn't any of the usual aggressive pushy sales men you usually get at dealerships. Scott answered all of our questions and did what he could to make us feel comfortable since our 4 year old came along. Having 3 car loans open, we were told no bank would give us a fourth car... well Dwayne made it happen at a GREAT price! I would definately go back to this dealership in the future and recommend that people come to this dealership first before going anywhere else. More

Visit Service Dept Came in to install after market feature. Had ordered ket thru Volvo of Tempe Service Rep (Jud White) on Saturday - informed part (back-up beeper) had Came in to install after market feature. Had ordered ket thru Volvo of Tempe Service Rep (Jud White) on Saturday - informed part (back-up beeper) had come in on Monday and came in to have it installed on Tuesday (appointment). Install is a bit involved and I was told it would twke e - 4 hours - was given a ride back to my quarters, called when the install was complete, and returned to dealership to pick up car. Whole operation was "painlrss" and was just something that "takes time to do it right the first time"". returned to pick up car, J White filled me in on what was reuired and assured me that, if anything didn't meet requirements, I ws to bring it back immediately to find the cause. All is going fine and, as I have been doing business for over 5 years, they, again, lived up to expectations. More

When the Tempe location opened we were one of their firs I have owned volvo's for over 30 years and bought our first Volvo at the Scottsdale location. When the Tempe location opened we were one of their first customers. We have developed a great relationship or "friendship" with our service manager Judd White. He has always taken care of our needs and has often exceeded our expectations. Yes ,there may have been an occasional problem over the 11 years span at this dealership location which is to be expected, but Judd ALWAYS handled the situation quickly, professionally and never offered any excuses. Over the years I came to realize how fortunate we were to have him as our service rep."friend", because he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, non-threatening, and HONEST. I feel that if he recommends something ---I don't need to question it because he is looking out for us and it must be necessary. I trust his opinion, and can highly recommend this dealership without any reservations because they have all treated us like we are part of the Volvo family! More

Rather than some expensive estimate to replace a bunch of parts they came back and told me it was a simple repair that could be done on the spot for less than $75. I know some of my future repairs will be more-- but its nice to know that they are only recommending what is needed. More

Broke the car twice, never fixed it and charged us We have had repeated problems with service at the is dealership. We’re on our fourth Volvo, but won’t buy another because we simply cannot get good service here in Phoenix. Each time we brought in the car, it left with more problems than when it arrived. The last straw was when they left a bunch of suspension bolts loose and missing after the last service and the car was stranded at the side of the road seven miles from the dealership. They charged us for a tow and insisted “we could not prove they caused the problem” This after they replaced both struts and all the bushings. Another mechanic found the problem—loose bolts left on top of the suspension components and a damaged axle. The manager told me the problem was we had an old car and no-one could work on it anymore (it’s ten years old!) We had always had a problem with over-billing—the price was NEVER what they quoted, plus the work was NEVER done correctly. After a year of trying, I have given up and concluded these people are criminals. Do not go to this dealer. More
