Then I had a great talk with Charles Inman about the pricing on the vehicle. I was happy with the conversations. I told him I would think of it and get back with them the next day. I had no pressure. Today went in a purchased the vehicle. Had a great time with Jason Moroso in finance. Again not much pressure. I wish this dealer was closer to home. Every time I come to Tempe I purchase a vehicle. Also, the front greeter was fabulous. More

Great Experience! Went in looking for a specific car I had found online. Worked with Scott to test drive the vehicle and loved it. Also, there were absolutely no gimmicks, and Charles Inman, the sales manager, was fair and honest, which I could not have appreciated more. We were graciously welcomed, given the bottomline, serviced, and ended up buying the perfect car. Jason Moroso, Business Manager, made the financing experience nearly pain-free (and we all now that the money aspect of car buying is the part that bites.) He was so helpful and gave us some good information that other dealers may have with held for their own sakes. Volvo of Tempe really values their customers in a way no other dealership in the valley does. I without a doubt recommend Volvo of Tempe. More

Outstanding, no pressure sales experience I've purchased over 20 cars including BMW, Porsche, Infiniti, Audi, and Mini. The sales experience at Volvo of Tempe beat them all. I ordered a new xc I've purchased over 20 cars including BMW, Porsche, Infiniti, Audi, and Mini. The sales experience at Volvo of Tempe beat them all. I ordered a new xc90 in April and took delivery several months later. The sales process was always just right, informed but not pushy, respectful and transparent. Licia, my sales rep was outstanding throughout the process, always responding to my inquiries of progress with the order (any time of day or night) and she demonstrated a true love for the car and for the brand. The negotiations and finance were a breeze and no one ever wasted my time or played any old school games like "let me talk to my manager" (and waste my time for an hour) Delivery was not too long and Licia took the time to tell me what I wanted to know but didn't force me to sit through an hour of explanation of things I already knew. Overall...Outstanding service, I was made to feel important and I really believe they care about the cars they sell and their customers. Could not be happier with the experience. More
