Surely i signed the appropriate documents but still surprising that with zero deposit i was able to drive away with my new and beautiful XC90. I may add that with such a great product, Scott super sales ability did no get really tested to the max 😄 The missing star has nothing to do with Scott but with the time i waited on a different occasion for a test drive. Wonderful, easy, pleasant experience buying a new car I was in the market for a new car but hadn't decided on what car I wanted. I went to many different dealerships in the area. While most of them were I was in the market for a new car but hadn't decided on what car I wanted. I went to many different dealerships in the area. While most of them were okay it was a different vibe over at Volvo. Definitely not the pushy sales type vibe. Being a single woman buying a car I was apprehensive of the 'negotiation' part for buying any new car. However, I feel that at Volvo and with my sales person Kim Knorr, it was an easy going relationship that didn't feel like sales guy vs naive women buying a car. In the short time that I was there, test driving cars and trying to make a decision it felt more like a friendship with not only him but the dealership. Like another post said, you find your self wanting to go back and just say hello, which I have already done. And not just get the heck out of there after buying the car and not wanting to ever go back which I have felt after previous purchases at other dealerships. Kim went above his call of duty and even picked me up at the place where I sold my car in order to bring me over to the dealership. Along with my daughter and small dog no less. The actual buying process was easy, painless, fair and actually exciting. Jason in Finance was more than helpful and clear in explaining everything you are signing which removed any anxiety I might have had. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people that work there for your next Volvo car buying experience! More

I was in the market for my son's first car & found a great deal on a pre-owned Volvo at Volvo of Tempe. Scott Hay was my salesperson & was extremely accommodating and patient throughout the buying process. I live roughly an hour's drive from the dealer so I wanted to be confident of the car's condition before making the drive. I spoke with Scott on the phone several times prior to my visit, he promptly took & texted the various pictures I requested of the car and really took the time to answer all of my questions. After traveling to Volvo of Tempe and seeing the car in person, I wasn't hassled at any time to make a deal...unlike the atmosphere at other dealerships. When I brought my son to look at the vehicle a few days later, Volvo of Tempe had detailed the car beautifully & it looked nearly in showroom-new condition! Scott helped me work a great deal, and getting through finance was a breeze. When my son and I drove off I noticed that the car even had a full tank of gas...talk about great customer service! If you want the best car buying experience in AZ - pre-owned or new - I can only recommend Scott Hay and Volvo of Tempe. More

Service is very lacking Took my vehicle in for a recall issue, service tech kinked a hose or forgot a hose clamp, unable to properly fuel car. Have to say I wasn't expecting much with this experience however I was pleasantly surprised. Did some negotiating over the phone. Went in, completed some paper work and left in under 2 hours. A record. The sales reps were very nice, friendly, showed me a lot of features of the lightly used vehicle. Finance rep was nice, had a good sense of humor. Drove away without that dealership headache. More
