It was time to trade in for a newer car, Kim, Charles and Jason were professional to deal with and treated me like I was one of their friends and not another sale. As a single lady this process is not a favorite (I prefer shoe shopping) and each one of them put my anxiety aside and assisted me through the process. Sometimes life deals us with cards we didn't intend and these issues can and do effect our credit scores. This team saw the medical debt and knew how to handle this situation with compassion and dignity leaving me with my pride. More
