A test drive was taken with Josiah Hall who did an excellent job of demonstrating the features and benefits of the vehicle. The car was Volvo Certified and pretty much immaculate, so we decided to see what the numbers looked like. The negotiation came down to what we wanted out of our trade, and ultimately were able to get what we needed to make the deal work. This was a bit of a protracted process, but buying a car is never quick, so not unexpected. Shawn Cleghorn was our paperwork guy and getting through the finance department was super easy and everything was done quickly and efficiently without any pressure to upsell us on additional products and dealer add-ons. Throughout the entire process everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and extremely low-pressure. The facility itself is beautiful. We wish all car buying experiences could be this comfortable! More
