She knew her own product and was also knowledgeable about similar cars by other manufacturers so she could also provide accurate and reliable comparisons to other cars I was considering. She also worked with me and came up with a price that no one else matched. The combination of knowledge, and price, was tops and I highly recommend Kenyonna McDaniel and Volvo Cars Fredericksburg. Never got my concerns fixed or answered properly. Service is now an issue. Nobody keeps you informed. No one answered calls. I have to drive over to the dealer to get answers. They offer AMAZING prices below the competition but what matters most is they are honest, loyal, fair, compassionate and they keep their word. I found my sales agent, Sebastian, in my search for a Volvo XC60 after a horrible car accident. I knew I wanted Volvo because it was safe and I wanted to protect my family. We live in the Dulles area but after searching online for the car I wanted I called Sebastian because they had the very best deal of ALL the dealerships (Even when other dealerships claimed there was NO way they could go lower on the price- Volvo of Fredricksburg beat it) I shopped around at. Sebastian did all the paperwork ahead of time so we could just show up and take the car. There was no run around, no price changes, he was very patient explaining every detail of the car and even after we left, he called to check on me to see if I had any questions. He didn't just walk away after the sale. He has always taken my calls and has been very patient and understanding with all of my questions. Their amazing business practice really came through when when we realized I needed to get a navigation update on my vehicle I found out they they would need my car for a day or two. I live nearly 2 hours away with traffic. I I'm a cancer survivor and I drive to Hopkins almost 3 days a week. I have doctors appointments daily between cancer survival and recovering from my car accident, and my husband travels and I'm home with a 3 year old and i've been very sick lately. Then enters Josh from their service department who is just amazing. Josh calls me and was very understanding to my situation and said "We will come get your vehicle and we will bring it back to you when we finish>" Who does that for a customer these days?? I am so grateful. Driving was the last stress I needed to add to my health when I have been so sick at at Hopkins so much. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you want fair pricing and an honest and loyal team. Head to Volvo in Fredricksburg. Ask for Sebastian. Tried to charge me a $1500 dealer fee on top of sticker pric e for a new XC90. Found out they only charge $699 to all other customers and when I asked them why I was told that they charge a premium on this model e for a new XC90. If they only knew what real selling was about their customer service would much better than what it is. More

Sebastian Faulk/ caution i thought the deal was going well until after the purchase and money handed to them only to find just one key(FOB) for the car. They admitted they kne i thought the deal was going well until after the purchase and money handed to them only to find just one key(FOB) for the car. They admitted they knew there was only one FOB but conveniently did not share that info with me until after the sale. In fact the response was that is why it is priced as it is. Now I need to go purchase a second FOB at a cost of $300. I don't appreciate underhanded tactics like this whether intentional or not. I won't be going back and I could not consider endorsing this facility to others More
Great experience Sebastian followed up on my internet inquiry. I found him to be straight forward. He figured out that I had done my research, had already test driven some S60's and was serious about this one particular used car with the interior/exterior color combo and option packages I was looking for. Because the dealership was over an hour away, I talked pricing first with him and later with Lonnie. They didn't move much, but enough for me to visit the dealership. I'm glad I did. The in person buying experience was great, and Sebastian and Lonnie made you feel good that you were buying your car from this dealership. I knocked the pricing to 4 stars because the dealer fee and add ons are on the high end. More
