Working with Hysen (sales agent) and Mike (finance) at Volvo Village was the most stress free and fun experience I have ever had shopping for a new car. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly, taking their time answering my questions and going over the various options available for Volvo’s new XC40, which, I have to say, is my all-time dream car! I had done my research on this car over the winter and knew exactly how I wanted it to be equipped, and what I wanted for a deal. Hysen exceeded my expectations when it came time to work out the details (never trying to sell me something I was not interested in), and in showing me the safety features (cross traffic alerts, lane keeping aid, blind spot notification). Mike was also very helpful in exploring our best options when it came to financing, whether to buy, lease, or try out Volvo’s new subscription plan. In the end we decided on leasing and both my husband and I are very happy with the deal we worked out with Mike. Taking delivery on the car was also a breeze. When I went to pick the car up it was a sunny Saturday morning and they were busy, but I was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. Hysen took his time going over all of the car’s many features (which are beyond cool), and then linking the car to my phone (Bluetooth, Spotify, and Volvo on call). This last feature not only links the car to roadside assistance, but shows where my car is parked and allows me to turn on lights, horn or both). There are just too many awesome features to name! I don’t think I have ever had this much fun learning about a car. All in all, from start to finish, just a wonderful experience! More

I bought my first Volvo in 1982 and always enjoyed the safety of the vehicle. Our sales person Tim Page was wonderful. Rich Hamel the General Manager was great. We needed extra help because the vehicle had to be registered in our home state of Florida, that's where Leo the finance manager was very helpful. Just a great experience. When we took delivery of the vehicle Tim Page sat with us in the new vehicle explaining all the bells and whistles for over ninety minutes. He has made two follow up calls to our home as well as twoE-Mails to check on how we were doing with the new vehicle. Can't enough positive comments about this Dealership. More

When you're searching for a car, his commitment makes it feel like he's buying the car with you. He also is incredibly easy to contact, and was sure to follow up whenever I asked. Tim and the rest of the staff I worked with (Luigi DeMarco, Emilio Locilento, Leonardo Araujo, and Alan Berkman) made me feel welcome-- and I walked out with a full understanding of the ins-and-outs of my new car, along with all the details of the insurance that I was buying too for a great price! They legitimately care about your happiness and satisfaction with the car more than the sale, which is a precious quality I had not seen before in any of the dealerships I had visited previously. I even went to dealerships after, but I couldn't help coming back to Hyundai Village! I was very pleased to have Tim Page as my salesperson. He was friendly, courteous, professional and listened to my wants, showed me their inventory and spent time as i drove the different models to confirm the one i wanted. During my time there, he also introduced me to Richard the Sales Manager, Emilio, the General Sales Manager, and Pierre the Service Manager. At no time did anyone push or pull me into a direction which generally they want me to go. Their appreciation of my just being there, giving them a chance to be my Volvo dealer came thru. I came back a few times to re drive and negotiate the price and details that go along with a car purchase. I never felt pressured from Tim or the management. They always made me feel comfortable. No one tried to sell me something that they wanted. When they did not have the color i wanted, they found the exact model, features and color at a different dealer and had it in Danvers the next day. The experience with selecting the car, negotiating the price, the paperwork, and having the car ready was a pleasure for me and for my wife. Even Mike the Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with. When the car was ready, Tim spent over an hour explaining how all the "bells and whistles" worked and followed up a few times making sure i was happy and if i had any questions about the car. As I was about to drive off with my new car, Emilio the General Sales Manager came out (in the rain) to wish me luck, thank me and tell me how much he appreciated my purchasing the Volvo with them. When I finally came in to get the car, it was all ready, shiny and beautiful and Hysen expedited the remainder of the process, walked me through the car's technology and off I went.
