We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We understand that your time and money are valuable and we always try our best to give each customer what they want and need. We always try to figure out the issue and fix it as best we can even with confusing issues such as this one. We do not catch everything but certainly try to. We are doing the best we can, and we appreciate your input. On a side note, our salesperson did not have control of the loss of power, I am sure he was frustrated too, he had nothing to gain in this situation, unfortunately covid messed up the supply chain and we cannot see issues when it comes to the quality of the first test drive. many of these vehicles need software updates, and once done are absolutely fabulous! We do wish you good fortune with whatever vehicle you have chosen, but we do ask you to understand the unforeseen issues that could not have been avoided and for those that could have...I do apologize greatly. While I do appreciate the response, the true root of concern was not what happened but rather the way these challenging issues that arose were handled - entirely lacking empathy and playing the blame game on the customer. I work in sales and this will absolutely be a teaching moment that lives on in my training of others for years to come.
