Had an appointment for 3:00 Friday to pick up my CPO Volvo. Worst experience, it took 3 hours. Only one finance rep and the customer before me decided they needed to read every line of the standard cont Volvo. Worst experience, it took 3 hours. Only one finance rep and the customer before me decided they needed to read every line of the standard contract. On top of that they couldn’t get the plates off my trade because they were secured with hex screws that required a technician. I was told that needed manager approval to pull a tech off a job even for the 15 minutes it took to remove the plates. The final straw was they gave me the wrong VIN so I needed to scramble with my insurance company to get updated insurance ID cards. Then to top it off I received a follow up email stating if I wasn’t happy with the service please call and speak with the general manager. I called and first the receptionist’s immediate response was he was busy. I explained why I was calling and she asked me to hold. I was then put to voicemail. I left a message with my name and number asking for a callback. That was at 10am today and I’ve not heard from anyone. More

Great sales department very help and attentive, Service is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Ser is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Service will never provide next day appointments, typically takes two weeks and is at the dealer service department’s convenience. Why valet service was promised as a loyality customer, it never happens. Before you buy ask how quickly your car can be fixed for even regular factory required maintenance, very painful. More

He took care of all of my requests and the car was ready at the time of my pick up. He went above and beyond to "earn" my 5 star rating. Super great guy. Jerry to was such a pleasure to deal with and he was able to get me a substantial discount on my extended warranty with my military service. I received a very fair price for my trade as well. I felt like part of their family. That's how good it was. I have never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car in my 58 years! Go see these guys!! More
