Taking customer service to the highest level I sent my daughter in to service my XC60 and Rob and Mike were so gracious and understanding that I cannot thank them enough. My daughter was made to feel comfortable and respected. They thoroughly explained the service work being performed and set her up with free Wi-Fi and a nice cup of tea ! My car is fixed and I can know I can feel confident when sending my daughter to service my car that she will be treated well. Thanks guys ! You really are terrific and I am telling my whole family. Goodbye Volvo of Danbury It took 12 years to build my trust and loyalty towards Danbury Volvo and 3 Volvo's later, yet only 5 minutes to lose my trust and faith!! After my 50K service, Rob Lollie, Danbury Service Manager told me that my 60K would be complimentary due to my being charged erroneously in the past and because I am a "good and long standing customer." Rob told me that I would be "unable to take my car without paying my bill", but that, "I can take a loaner and go home to check my notes." I have paid ALL my bills in the past! That is the trust and loyalty I get from Danbury Volvo. Rob Lollie has conveniently forgotten his words. Goodbye Volvo!!! More

My car was towed in on a Tuesday. I received a call from Rob on Tuesday around 430 and he informed me that they hadn't looked at the car but would on Wednesday and I would have my car back. I joked ab from Rob on Tuesday around 430 and he informed me that they hadn't looked at the car but would on Wednesday and I would have my car back. I joked about snow coming on Wednesday and he assured me that Volvo would only close if a blizzard hit. On Wednesday no one had contacted me so I reached out to Volvo. That's when I was informed that my car wouldn't be looked at. I had to speak with Rob who said ok they will take a look at it. Got a call that I needed a new battery for $356.00. Ridiculous. My husband ran out in the snow and bought a battery for $100.00. At the end of the day I was notified that I wouldn't be getting my car back till Friday so now I went out in the snow to rent a car. On Thursday at 5:20 pm I received a message that my car was ready but they close at 5:30. I would be able to pick up my car with the sales department. When I got in the car the low tire pressure light was on. I spoke with Carly who informed me yo drive the car a couple of miles and the light will go off. When now its Monday and the light keeps going on and off. All I am told is to fill the tire with air. My light was not on before my visit and my tires are only a month old. Thanks Volvo for charging an arm and a leg and messing up my tires. I really need to go to MK Volvo instead. More

Have dealt with Volvo of Danbury since 1996 and their service has been excellent, and that is one of the reasons I continue to buy Volvos. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with and the quality of th service has been excellent, and that is one of the reasons I continue to buy Volvos. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work is great. Have put on over 400,000 miles on three cars thanks to how well they have been built and are maintained by Volvo of Danbury. More
My 10 yr old Volvo V70 needed extended work as well as a regular service. Mike was great keeping me informed as to the progress of the work and even arranged to have the car delivered to my driveway when I regular service.
