Many, many defects not being addressed by Dealer and or Volvo Support. Car rolls forward and backward after being put in park, radius on Heat/AC is 15 percent (no range), Google not functioning, seats hard to navigate in back, car mats are horrible, do not fit nor stay in place; charging is a joke on this vehicle. The road sign information if incorrect and the gas mileage fluctuates continually. This will end our journey with Volvos forever!!! I had been looking for a 2016 Volvo XC60 T6 model. I found one at Astorg Volvo. The only problem was that I was 1,500 miles from the dealership. I talked to Gerry Flynn at Astorg Volvo. Gerry answered I found one at Astorg Volvo. The only problem was that I was 1,500 miles from the dealership. I talked to Gerry Flynn at Astorg Volvo. Gerry answered all of my questions so promptly that I felt comfortable buying the car unseen. Gerry got all of the service work done that he had mentioned. After buying the car, I had another 8 weeks before I would get home. I asked the dealership to keep the car until I got home that was a thousand miles from the dealership. The dealership kept the car for the time until I got home from my summer work. When I got home, it was time to get the car shipped from the dealership to my home. Gerry found a shipping person who brought the car in a covered trailer in a day and dropped it off in my driveway. After driving the car, I felt that I really didn't need to test drive before buying, as is usually the case. This process gives me confidence in buying again from Gerry and Astorg Volvo. I will definitely buy another car from Gerry when I need one. For all the people from out of state, be confident that you will get a first rate car and a first rate buying experience. In other words, you can buy car without a test drive. I did it and I am happy with my decision. Gerry is an excellent salesperson who listens to your needs and works with you. Thank you Gerry.
