I had several problems with my Volvo on a weekend and I called the dealer on Saturday letting them know I had a problem with my lights in particular. I got an appointment for Monday and was given a loaner called the dealer on Saturday letting them know I had a problem with my lights in particular. I got an appointment for Monday and was given a loaner while they worked on the car. A few hours later I was told it was fixed and also received a video from the technician explaining what was done.
