On each occasion, we've found both our salesman, Edwin and his General Manager, Harold to be responsive, helpful and professional. They made the buying experience enjoyable at every turn. My dad was a business owner and salesman, so I have a keen eye for how transactions should be handled. I endorse and recommend Volvo of Cape Cod without reservation! More

Attempted Good Faith Online Purchase On a very recent Thursday I saw advertisement online & called to inquire. I spoke with a gentleman & We proceeded to go work out a trade-in value, & of course, numbers to purchase. During this conversation he then asked me to email him pictures & Vin number of my Volvo for trade-in value. That next day, Friday, he text me again & asked for the pictures & vin. number of my Volvo, of which on that 2nd day, Friday, I did just that. I emailed him pictures of the Exterior, Interior & Vin Number of my Volvo per his request. Mind you, there were NO PICTURES of their Volvo online. So, I asked him to send me pictures of their Volvo's Exterior. Again, that same 2nd day, Friday, he sent me Just the Interior pictures & No Exterior pictures whatsoever. At that juncture I said, You & I, We Both have Agreed on this deal. Please believe me, he text back & without a doubt, he did agree... On that same 2nd day, Friday, of our communication I text him again & said, I just need to see the Pictures of their Volvo's Exterior. His last communication was Friday late afternoon which was, FYI the Volvo is in the Reconditioning Department & 'll have the pictures for you latest by Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon came & gone. Saturday evening I sent him a text asking are the Exterior pictures so we can finalize our agreed deal... (Sunday Closed) Not a peep until Monday he text & said, " Someone came in Saturday and fell in love with it & purchased it... Now granted he can sell or do whatever he wants to do but, for me the deal was done just based on him sending pictures of their Volvo before I "signed" on the dotted line. We absolutely made a verbal/text commitment the stipulation was I needed to see ANY Exterior Pictures of their Volvo... I do understand they are in business to sell cars. However, that being said, I have never treated one of my patients the way he treated this particular situation. I cannot say for sure but possibly it was poor communication on both of our parts, Poor Judgement or plain Greed. There are, 2 sides to a coin, so he could better explain his position if he so chooses. I have explained our prior conversations, both written & verbal to the best of my recollection. Sincerely, More

I paid the diagnostic fee and made an appt. to replace the part they identified as the problem. Returned August 1 and was told the job would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Later that afternoon at pick up I was informed of a recalibration problem that would require further testing. On August 3 I was told I needed a new climate box at significant expense but agreed and asked to have the job expedited. Day after day we were told car still not ready yet not once did a manager ever call or reach out to us. It was not finished until the afternoon of August 11th - a full eleven days later!!! When I expressed my disappointment to Richard, the Service Dept. Mgr. he was rude and I quote "did not want to have this conversation." A request to meet with Harold Rielly, the General Manager, was equally unsatisfactory. On the website he states "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal" yet they failed miserably with this customer. There was no attempt to appease me by even offering a free oil change let alone a negotiation of a very costly labor charge. He simply stated "it is July and August on Cape Cod."I guess because they are the only Volvo dealership on Cape Cod they feel such arrogant attitudes will be tolerated. Buyer beware!! More

I purchased a vehicle from premier Volvo cape cod and within 2 weeks I had to bring it back for repair. After 4 months of repairs my vehicle is STILL not fixed. To make matters worst, they wanted to charge an excessive amount for a part that was broken when they sold me the vehicle. After I explained how unfair that was I was told to leave their waiting room and stand outside in 11 degrees weather with my 3 small children. John Lendvai at the service department was so unprofessional and a coward that he did not even have the nerve to talk to me in person! More
