The navigation, radio, GPS, etc. stopped working. The dealership has an outstanding master tech (Ian) with whom has serviced my car since purchased. It was covered by warranty. Take their responsibility I strongly believe in the Volvo brand but today's cars are very complex machines and even the best cars sometimes "get into trouble". In that case it is important to know if the people at the dealership and the brand stand behind you and help you solve the issues. In the few times that this happened to me in my 35 years with Volvo's it was never an issue and this dealership is definitely not an exception to this rule, on the contrary they went out of their way to keep me informed, get the problem fixed and provided a temporary replacement vehicle.
