Andrea called me to let me know more work was needed to the car and it might be tied up for a couple of days. I was promised after the sale the concerns I had about the cars condition (loose trim) and unfinished detailing would be done when they reopened. I rarely pay entirely for something and expect the provider to come through (money is a great motivator) but made an exception based on Harold Reilly's assurance. When things eased up and the service dept opened I asked about the follow-up work to be done and Harold arranged for it to be taken in right away. I took a little longer due to the need of a new part which they covered 100% of the cost but the work was 1st rate and the car returned looking like new. More
