The service area is a profit center, and If I were merchandising the service area I would have a display of snow tires available with seasonal special offers, and other add-ons such as Polestar software upgrade available. Mike Mullen was our salesman and he was very professional & informative. We did a test drive with him and he explained a lot of features as we were driving, I did like the car and he offered us to come back & informative.
