It was nice to see Rich back in Service. Not sure if his presence was what is contributed to my feelings but It seems there was less tension on this visit and just seemed the staff was less stressed even t presence was what is contributed to my feelings but It seems there was less tension on this visit and just seemed the staff was less stressed even though the service department seemed busy. Brought my car in to have a squeak fixed. Was told that I had suspension issues and that 3 things needed to be replaced. I wasn’t allowed to only do the one thing that was causing the squeak; I was told t I had suspension issues and that 3 things needed to be replaced. I wasn’t allowed to only do the one thing that was causing the squeak; I was told that I had to do all 3, totally almost $4000! I got 2 second opinions and was able to do just the one thing that was causing the squeak for under $1600. This is the second time that I have had an experience such as this - being told that I had to do thousands of dollars of work and when I got other opinions, I was able to do less work for less money. This makes me not trust them...... More

Really great service. Only one problem. Booked appt at 1:00. Was told I would get car back by 3:00 or so. Have trouble driving in dark and rain. Car quite late in getting done. Kind of stressful.
