It took 10 days to get the registration for the new car. This is something the dealer handled and I think it was largely out of their hands. The problem was, the sales person kept telling us it would arrive This is something the dealer handled and I think it was largely out of their hands. The problem was, the sales person kept telling us it would arrive the next day. After 8 days, the car was illegal to drive and I finally contacted the general manager, Harold Reilly. He immediately offered me a loaner and kept in touch with me about the status of the registration. Also, sales person made a mistake when quoting the price so when I came in to pay and pick up the car, it was $500.00 more than we agreed on. So my experience was mixed, but I had a much better feeling about the dealership after Harold got involved. More
