My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our aging Volvo Xc90 and a friend of ours recommended this dealership. He called ahead for us and we were greeted by the sales manager Harold Reilly. The entire purchasing experience was amazing. Harold is a true gentleman and an excellent sales manager. He made us both feel very comfortable from the beginning and allowed us to test drive a few different models that were in stock. After several test drives with different vehicles we unable to find the one that would fit all our needs. Harold did not give up and searched their inventory and located a pre-owned 2019 XC60 at their affiliated dealership in Plymouth. Harold arranged to have that vehicle delivered to his dealership a couple of days later so we could look at it. After a quick test drive we purchased it. Harold had one of his sales associates, Emma Gilmore, finish up the sale. She was very professional and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process including coming in on her day off to get our new car registered on the day we were scheduled to pick it up. Everybody we came in contact with at this dealership were outgoing, friendly and helpful. More

I called shortly before closing on a Friday afternoon, Andrea patiently listened to my urgent, check engine light, need for service on our Volvo S60. She suggested that I bring the car in the next morning, but that she could not guarantee that it could be fixed with only one tech scheduled for Saturday morning service, which was already booked. Needless to say, the next morning Andrea greeted me, brought my car right in for a diagnostic work up, and then reviewed the work that would need to be done. The parts were available and she reassured me that the work would be completed so that we could enjoy a worry free ride back home to the Berkshires. Hats off to Andrea, her tech team, and Volvo Cars of Cape Cod for being so welcoming and accommodating, and for their exemplary service!! More
