Volvo Cars Bridgewater responded

We explained to the customer that his vehicle is under full Volvo warranty and that the repairs that have been completed is covered fully. Customer is requesting that the dealership replace his 2011 Volvo with a 2013 Volvo vehicle at no charge and give him a free vehicle since his Volvo needed some repairs. Volvo and Bridgewater Volvo fully supports and assist Volvo customers.

I am astonished by the dealer’s rudeness in suggesting that I am requesting a “free” car. The dealer cannot comprehend that I “paid” for a “supposedly new car” in September. What I got was a disaster!! that I have to take for repair all the time to the extent that the guys at the dealer ship was making jokes that I have to be on their payroll because I am always there. All I asked for is a replacement for this troubled car that I bought 6 months ago and I have put less than 3500 miles on it. Finally I want to make it clear that Volvo Bridgewater dealership do not stand behind the vehicles they sell not matter the amount of defects these cars have.
