Staff was generally helpful, but office seems short-staffed Dominick was very helpful - he paid close attention to our needs, and was gracious and easy to work with. In addition, Zach was helpful and patient in explaining the features of the car. Steve also thoroughly explained the paperwork to us regarding the financing, and was very courteous. However, the few times we made appointments with one of your associates, we would arrive on time only to find out that your associates were busy with other customers. So we ended up waiting a considerable amount of time, and wondered, what was the point of making an appointment in the first place. At least once, I left a voicemail for an associate, but I was told when I arrived that he had no voicemail. Perhaps it's a matter of your office being short-staffed - if a customer makes an appointment for a certain time, then there should be an associate ready to meet with the customer at that time - we shouldn't be waiting for over an hour, because other walk in customers (who did not have an appt.) arrived before us. Again, what's the point of making an appointment? So although our experience with Dominick and Zach was positive, we found the overall experience with this dealer to be lacking. We purchased from this dealer because we had decided to buy a Volvo and this was the closest location to us, not because our experience was ideal. More

Longtime Bridgewater Volvo Customer I bring my Volvo to the dealership when I need it serviced, because I feel comfortable with the service personnel there and am confident that they wil I bring my Volvo to the dealership when I need it serviced, because I feel comfortable with the service personnel there and am confident that they will do what needs to be done, do it well, and not oversell me on the repair work. The service this time was again to that high standard, beginning with ordering the needed new tire in the parts department on the previous day; receiving a warm and reassuring greeting from Nuno Ferreira (rag #912*W*) in the service department; enjoying the comfortable service area, with the coffee and snacks provided for waiting customers; and finally receiving my vehicle, washed and with the work completed: a new front right tire installed and the rear left tire checked for a very slow leak, which apparently is so slow as to be undetectable in the water bath. Now, I look forward to bringing the car to the dealership on August 23, for its annual servicing. More
