I called and made an appointment the day before (they had a cancellation). I arrived as scheduled, the loaner car was waiting for me, and I left within 10 minutes of my arrival. They needed to keep the car overnight, so they allowed me to keep the loaner. I arrived to pick it up the next evening, and my car was clean and serviced. Thank you Bridgewater Volvo! More
