Literally the most pleasurable car buying experience ever! Background: We live about 2 hours away and after driving a couple of Volvo's, the decision of what we wanted was made. Not liking to be sold, and wanting my wife to have everything she wanted, I used a map and searched the individual dealer inventories of all the reasonable distant Volvo's and found a great fit at Bridgewater. I was swiftly contacted by Richard Cioffi and discussed the car in question. He knew where it was, about the features, and followed my lead without being wasteful or salesy. Being that I work in sales and on my free time juggle two kids, I very much appreciated his posture. We quickly agreed upon a fair price, confirmed each line item on the invoice and total charges and thereafter went over financing. Volvo had a program that was better than my preferred banks rate and even had a promotion to cover the first monthly payment! Experience: We showed up after driving almost 2 hours to our appointment where the car was parked in the first spot, spotless, and warm ready for our tutorial. Rich was ready to go. He was quite well equipped for touring the features of the car and had all the answers to our questions. Thereafter, Steve in finance walked me through the promotion, the rate, and we played with the down payment until the balance of monthly payment was what we wanted. We were educated and not pushed into the extended care packages which were actually quite compelling. I would overtly go out of my way to recommend that anyone reach out to Rich for a Volvo. I was laughing on the way home that I was concerned about taking the drive - the experience could not have been more enjoyable. More
