To start I’ll say I was surprised that with less than 14,000 miles on my S90 I was being haunted to do a second service. Since it was free and I was able to use Volvo Valet I agreed to comply. Volvo Vale 14,000 miles on my S90 I was being haunted to do a second service. Since it was free and I was able to use Volvo Valet I agreed to comply. Volvo Valet app was (of course) down so I had to be surprised when they arrived. They called me to say that they’d recommend a tire rotation for $70.00 which I thought was odd at this mileage point. I had recently gone to a tire store to check my pressure and they said they would do the same thing for $13.00. They also commented that the tires on my car were the worst. My car was returned with my custom plate holder broken off from the car wash and the carpets dirty after all the talk of complimentary vacuum. The high point of the whole process was the gentleman NELSON who picked up and delivered my car. He was the epitome of what a service person should be. He was awesome! As an aside, I didn’t know When I leased it that my car was made in China and I was very unhappy to learn that. I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon and don’t know if I can get past that even though I really like my car and have no strong feelings about any other brand. More
