Pain free service I spent yesterday morning at the dealership while my car was in for scheduled maintenance. The surroundings were pleasant as I waited in the showroo I spent yesterday morning at the dealership while my car was in for scheduled maintenance. The surroundings were pleasant as I waited in the showroom. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and caught up on the latest corona virus hype via the repeating loop of new jersey news on the TV set. My car was done within an hour and a half as promised. There were no surprises and it was returned to me shiny and clean. The only unusual thing was when I walked out to my waiting car and a woman was reaching into the back seat. At first I thought she was a Volvo employee. Then I noticed she seemed to be putting a briefcase in the back seat. It turned out she mistook my car for the loaner she was using while her car was serviced. I’m glad I got there before she drove away in my car! You may want to make sure the customer knows exactly which car is the loaner. More
