I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this dealership. I have been a loyal Volvo customer since 2002 and have worked with several dealerships for purchasing vehicles and service. Sin with this dealership. Since relocating I tried to purchase a new vehicle from my local dealership and had a horrible customer service experience from the sales team. After many attempts to work with the current dealership I gave up and went back to my favorite dealership Bridgewater Volvo. I did a quick internet search to see if they had the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I contacted the dealer on a busy Saturday morning and they not only found the car on their reserve lot but they retrieved it, prepped the car and had it ready for me to drive home that day by the time I took the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership I received nothing but top notch service from the receptionist that greeted me, the customer relationship specialist Dominick, the sales person John, his assistant Joshua and the finance team lead by Steve. I am extremely happy with the purchase of my XC 90. I also received several follow-up calls and emails to make sure I was able to download the app, received the items that were overnighted to me and my overall satisfaction with my experience. This has been a very difficult 18 months for the entire world and the shortage of chips, available cars and sales representatives has make the car buying experience a challenge to say the least. However, when a dealership truly values its customers they find a way to provide outstanding service even during the most difficult times. More
