Exceptional experience I just picked up my brand new Volvo this morning and I love it. My salesperson, Dominick DiFalco was amazing. He hung in there with me for about 2 we I just picked up my brand new Volvo this morning and I love it. My salesperson, Dominick DiFalco was amazing. He hung in there with me for about 2 weeks while I went back and forth between different vehicles. He was patient and very professional, and intelligent with the Volvo brand and went above and beyond in helping me. I have purchased at many different franchises over the past 25 years and this was one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle that has always been a chore in the past. Bridgewater Volvo has a great service department. My car was done in a timely fashion. As soon as they took my car in for service for my 10,000 mile check up it was done within an hour and washed right afte was done in a timely fashion. The finance manager, Steve Dolly, was trying to sell us additional warranty. We declined. He started demeaning us like the car was going to fall apart after our regular warranty finished.
