Service on leased car Service area personnel were great as always. However i was not pleased with the fact the car needed brakes after only 18,000 miles. We love our vehicle even though the monthly lease payment is more then our budget allows but we have enjoyed the car and are happy working with all the people at the dealership. I am sure you can see from my history with your dealership and Volvo vehicles we have been customers for many years. While waiting another person told me they were there for brakes also. Our budget at this time does not allow for big repair bills plus cannot believe I needed brakes with this low mileage. I love my Volvos and would love to continue to buy or lease in the future but If this is going to be the case for future vehicles, maybe it is time to look else where.
