We really liked the service that Jesus Garcia provided to us. From the beginning, Jesus answered many of our questions in a simple way so that we felt we could trust him. They diagnosed and repaired my car's issue while maintaining constant phone contact with me to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. I went in looking for a new car and Jesus was beyond helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and broke down everything for us with many different options. Going to buy a new car can be very intimidating and there are some sales associates who try to push you into anything to make a sale. Jesus was far from this type of salesman, excellent service and did not make us feel like we were getting pressured into something. It all started with my brother working with Dominick to purchase a car for his wife there and then a couple years later he leased one for himself ... again working with Dominick. Both my brother and sister-in-law told me many many times of the wonderful service and attention given to them by Dominick. Shortly after purchasing the lease, my brother passed away and Dominick helped his family, my sister-in-law and nephew deal with the ending of the lease during a very difficult time for them. He could not be more gentle, patient and understanding with them. They told me how he he was always willing to help.It was necessary for them to telephone and see Dominick several times; he was always willing to help with a smile and a welcoming heart. Well, I decided to purchase a Volvo and never forgot what they said about the great service they received. So I decided to visit Dominick DiFalco at Volvo Cars Bridgewater. Wow, they were ever so right. This turned out to be the best experience I ever had in purchasing a car.
