As a young man, David J. Long Jr. always thought he would serve with the Peace Corps or become a teacher. But with the promise of a good job with Ford Motor Company during college Long refocused his vision into growing a successful business while helping to improve the lives of others in his Princeton area community.
Health care, safety and children are at the forefront of the causes and organizations to which Long and his family devote their time, energy and money. Long, who owns two Volvo dealerships in and around Princeton, is a rallying force in the community, serving on boards and donating time, cars and money to various programs and projects.

Excellent. Best car buying experience ever. They don't pressure you like other dealers in the area so you feel comfortable and know you can trust them. My family has purchased/leased 8 volvo vehicles in the past 7 years from Ralph at Edison Volvo who was transferred to Bridgewater, being in need of a new vehicle as the lease came up on our 2008 volvo xc past 7 years from Ralph at Edison Volvo who was transferred to Bridgewater, being in need of a new vehicle as the lease came up on our 2008 volvo xc 70. My Father told me to give Ralph a call, and he was superb as he's always been with us. Within 15 minutes Ralph found me a nice Volvo V50 which totally fit my needs. We put a credit app through and the next day everything was finalized . I'm very happy with Ralph and how quickly I was able to get this transcation done and be on my way with my new Volvo V50. This is our third car purchased with VolvoCountry. A great great dealership from the sales to the service departments. Would highly recommend them to EVERYONE. The staff at Bridgewater Volvo were very kind and helpful. I purchased a 2010 xc 90 the price was fair and the staff was great. After I had been home a few days ,I realized one of the rims were damag helpful. I purchased a 2010 xc 90 the price was fair and the staff was great. The salesman I dealt with was abrupt and didn't even let me test drive the car I wanted. He said it wasn't ready. If it wasn't ready to be test driven then it wasn't ready to be sold in my opinion. When me test drive the car I wanted. He said it wasn't ready. If it wasn't ready to be test driven then it wasn't ready to be sold in my opinion. When prices were discussed he basically said no way to my suggested price and was very rude. I hope the other salesmen at the dealership are not like him. Otherwise I wonder how they can do business. I would never go to this dealership again. I suggest Volvo of Edison which is owned by the same company. More
