Purchased a used Qx 80 Infinity , I flew in from Denver and drove it home. They took lots if photos and described every flaw it had. Truck was is beautiful condition. we came in at 5:30 to look at a few trucks and Bill was so rude to us, he was SO inconvenienced by the fact that we were there 30 before closing. Best service evver Service Manager John and Volvo Master tech Armando handled all of my concerns and warranty issues long distance over the phone and by email. They lined out everything that had to be done, right down to the service bulletins required to be performed per Volvo. They set up the all day appointment while I was 1,500 miles away in Arizona. I arrived to open arms and huge smiles to start work on my new 2019 XC60 T6 AWD Volvo SUV. They provided an identical Volvo as a loaner without me even asking. They performed all of the warranty repairs over a 2 day service appointment. They arranged a curb rash wheel repair for me as well, and had the car up on the lift for that day while the wheel was sent out for repair. Came back like new! Master Tech Armando even personally hand washed our Volvo after it collected 1,500 miles of bugs, grit, and road grime dirt. Simply the best service experience ever, especially considering that the car was not bought through them, and we are not local residents that will consistently return. Absolutely amazing. More
