Having been at 6 dealerships (yes, 6! ) this week - all over the state of Arizona - trying to buy a car and sell my existing car, I can confidently say that Volvo of Arrowhead stands above ) this week - all over the state of Arizona - trying to buy a car and sell my existing car, I can confidently say that Volvo of Arrowhead stands above the rest. From my initial on-line interactions with TJ and my phone call with Dustin, to the amazing deal I was given when I arrived, the entire staff treated me professionally. TJ and Jacob F, in particular, went out of their way to ensure the transaction was smooth and fair, providing great insights along the way. Yes, I realize they are in the business to sell cars and make profit, but our interactions seemed genuine and caring. The feeling I left with will go miles, both in my eagerness to go back and buy another car from them, but also when someone inevitably asks, "where did you buy your Volvo from?" and I proudly respond, "Volvo of Arrowhead!". It was simply the best car buying experience I have had in my life. More

We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Arrowhead Volvo. After initially reaching out online, Aaron responded promptly with a personalized video tour of the car we were interested in. I had Arrowhead Volvo. I had some questions over the next few days that we communicated through before we decided to head to the dealership - since we’re out in Gilbert we wanted to make sure we were clear on what we were getting before making the drive to Glendale (Arrowhead had a better selection than Gilbert Volvo at the time). We finally made it out this past weekend and Aaron made the sales process smooth and simple. We looked at the specific car we came to see and Aaron kindly obliged when I asked to see another similar option. I love the sophisticated aesthetic and tech features that Volvos have to offer! Aaron throughly explained everything and patiently answered by questions. We came in at a busy time but the whole Volvo team was very attentive and accommodating through our wait for the finance process. We had an older Volvo to trade in and they made that super easy as well. Joe was our finance manager and he was also fun to talk to and helpful in explaining our options.
