From my initial on-line interactions with TJ and my phone call with Dustin, to the amazing deal I was given when I arrived, the entire staff treated me professionally. TJ and Jacob F, in particular, went out of their way to ensure the transaction was smooth and fair, providing great insights along the way. Yes, I realize they are in the business to sell cars and make profit, but our interactions seemed genuine and caring. The feeling I left with will go miles, both in my eagerness to go back and buy another car from them, but also when someone inevitably asks, "where did you buy your Volvo from?" and I proudly respond, "Volvo of Arrowhead!".
