From the time Otis contacted me about my internet inquiry, to the final financial paperwork, this team was awesome! Otis set us an apppointment for later the same day, and within minutes of hanging up from making our appointment, he had to call me back to say it had been sold! Darn! Well, there were a couple of other vehicles we were interested in, so we kept our appointment. Sam showed us a couple of other vehicles, and we found the car we ended up buying, a 2012 Dodge Caliber... 1 owner, 24,000 miles, virtually a brand new car, and at a VERY competitive price! The financial work took a little longer due to some challenges with our credit, but Van was absolutely great and found us the financing we needed, and with a rate we could afford! I would not hesitate to recommend Volvo of Phoenix to anyone looking for a new or good used vehicle. This is an absolutely awesome staff to work with! Thank you Otis, Sam, and Van! God bless ya! We were traveling from California back east for spring break and Easter to visit family. A boulder fell on our car while traveling on the 17 and we had a horrible accident. We were towed into the dealership, a bit dazed and a bit lost. Tyler was FANTASTIC and the rest of the staff was just great. They helped us make all of our arrangements to get back on the road in a rental within two hours. Leaving our car behind was scary, but we had to get to family. Tyler managed the situation for us along with our insurance company and even while away had the matter handled within the week. I have been driving for over 30 years -- this was seriously the best customer service from a dealership that I have ever experienced. If we ever move to Phoenix I am buying all my cars and getting them services at Volvo of Phoenix. More

Brian Lawrence has been very helpful --my husband was always very particular on the care of our 1994 S70 volvo that has over 265,000 miles.
