The loaner car plus Tyler as a reliable liaison between service techs and me has moved me from a local (local enough to walk to from my home) service provider who I really like - to driving all the way up 17 from Camelback to Bell to get to Sanderson. In the past, I've used Powell Volvo for service prior to their closing. The Powell service folks were pretty good there too but not nearly as customer supportive (like Nordstrom's, Disney, Ritz Carleton) as the shop Mark leads. More

My only issue with this visit is the cost. I had purchased the Volvo extended warranty but Tyler stated that a glovebox that was falling apart with no reason was not covered under this. I had to pa purchased the Volvo extended warranty but Tyler stated that a glovebox that was falling apart with no reason was not covered under this. I had to pay $88 to get this put back in. I find this cost unreasonable for the scope of work. If I had not just had shoulder surgery I would have done this myself. I believe a smaller fee would have been more appropriate. This was not a job where it needed high level of technical skill or equipment. You should have not just charged a flat labor charge and mad san appropriate charge for the work performed. Just my though. I could have taken this not to the dealer but to another place, Swedish auto works and they would have done this for much less., i came to the dealer as I thought it was under warranty. I hope you can tell by my review that I was not satisfied with the cost but Tyler was great and the work was performed satisfactorily. EVERY time I come in for service, I know that Jake will provide excellent customer service, he always calls me within one hour of me dropping off the car to let me know what the techs found and gives me an provide excellent customer service, he always calls me within one hour of me dropping off the car to let me know what the techs found and gives me an estimate for the work. The techs always do great work. My car is returned to me clean! I also really appreciate being able to use a rental car while mine is being repaired. More

Everything was great, but service forgot to turn off the "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" light. A competent dealership should do a complete inspection of a car before putting it on the lot for sail, I did not inspect the car completely before I paid for it "my bad". both front windows did not work pro a car before putting it on the lot for sail, I did not inspect the car completely before I paid for it "my bad". both front windows did not work properly there was water in the power steering wills, the molding on the front window was broken. otherwise the car only had 53000 miles in it, It is a 2000 Lincoln sl and it is very clean. they fixed the right front window for free but I had to pay over $400.00 dollars to have the other fixed. I paid over $12,000 for a 13 yo car again "my bad" but live and learn. the moral of the story is when you go ta a dealership, any dealership, be diligent, inspect the car toughly before you lay down your money. More

My only complaint is the parts prices double the cost from what i found at tascaparts.com. Tasca it is a volvo dealer in Rhode island that sells parts at a fair price. I replaced the timing belt , sepentine and water pump.although the the mechanic did not replace the sepentine belt. he used my old almost 10 year old one. that will allow him to try and re bill me labor.but Jake got it handled He had them replace it since I had already paid for it. Jake did a Great job. Took good care of me. More
