I called Brian Lawrence at around 8am on a Saturday and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change the same day at around 10:30am. I drive an hour--passing another Volvo dealership--to Volvo of Phoenix because of the great service I receive from Brian. No matter how busy he is, no matter how frustrated other customers may be, he always treats me kindly and shows genuine compassion towards me. It's nice to have an honest service advisor who provides sound advice and has integrity. I feel like I'm visiting a friend or family member when I'm having my vehicle serviced. Even Mark Wylie, the service manager knows me, and that's a great feeling. I don't feel like I'm just a number; I feel very welcomed by all the advisors and staff. I was schedule for routine services for my 2004 Volvo S80. I was immediately attended to when I arrived and was given an estimated time to complete the work. The service department performed a complete diagnosis of my car and informed me of other issued with the vehicle that I was not aware of, which I am now planning to fix the problems. Jason was very friendly and courteous. I also received a follow-up call from the service manager to find out if I was happy with the service I received.
