Jake Johnson reassured me they would do a complete inspection to make sure there was no damage and car was safe, along with a full detailing to remove ashes, smoke smell, shampoo carpets, etc. Work was well done, promptly, and with good results. I first bought a 2013 ford focus drove it a couple days and started thinking about the mikes I drive '300' miles a day . I was feeling like the value of the car was going to be toast in a year or so . I called and asked they guy who sold me the car I said "is there any way for me to trade this for an import that may hold its value better . Stuart the salesman said yea shouldn't be a problem . Of course when I went in they wanted more money down or to put me in a less expensive car that I didn't fit in . Turn out the mechanical protection plan was not required like I thought . They finance guy Lance has boldly lied to me . Pretty much a huge mess of lies and deception at this dealership . Tell all your friends and family to never buy here save your self the headache . More

Outstanding! New to the Phoenix area and needed general service (an oil change). The drivers outside mirror was also wandering. Coming from a background in automotive service, I thought possibly the mirror was a mechanical issue. Jake, the service advisor, explained it was just the glass that needed to be replaced. Since my finance and I had just made a 2,000 mile plus trip to move here and we have a service contract on the Volvo, he suggested a complete check over of the vehicle just in case there were any issues that we were not aware of. What great work your team did to catch a broken engine mount and a broken sway bar link~all covered under the contract! Also great that the team found the rear brake pads were wearing unevenly! It was greatly appreciated! We will be back with out 2007 Volvo S80! More
