The best dealership in Phoenix Love, love, love Volvo of Phoenix! I have been working with Jake in service for almost 7 years now & cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! Jake Love, love, love Volvo of Phoenix! I have been working with Jake in service for almost 7 years now & cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! Jake has treated me like royalty with his hospitality, like family with his honesty and like a friend with his kindness. He single handily has won my loyalty to the Volvo brand & I’m beyond grateful he did! In his absence he put me in the equally amazing hands of Nicole, who is awesome too! She jumps right in, matches his professionalism, providing me with the same great customer service I’ve become accustomed to with this dealership. Then there’s Shawn, my sales guy. He too was a referral from Jake & did not disappoint. Shawn is the epitome of genuine. I honestly have not ever enjoyed purchasing a car in the past, until I bought my S90 from him. His knowledge & love he has for Volvo is astounding! He is truly selling something he believes in & only further convinced me of why I love this brand. Shawn truly went above & beyond! He didn't try to redirect to other models. No pressure tactics from him or his managers. I came away with more car than expected. This is my 3rd Volvo purchased from same dealership. Dishonest Service at Volvo Cars of Phoenix I took my Volvo XC90 in for service at the Volvo Cars of Phoenix. Mark, the service manager, stated that they had patched a nail in my tire and rotat I took my Volvo XC90 in for service at the Volvo Cars of Phoenix. Mark, the service manager, stated that they had patched a nail in my tire and rotated the tires when he called to say the vehicle was ready. They were also waiting on a part to fix a signal that was not working, but asked if they could address that the next day when the part arrived which was acceptable to me. I drove the car home. The next morning, my tire was completely flat. The car was taken to Discount Tire where they informed me that the tires were never rotated and a patch was never completed. I called Mark immediately and he said that they were planning on doing the tire work when the part for the signal arrived. I was very unhappy and told him that he wasn't honest with me and I signed the day before that they had completed a patch and rotated the tires. He told me directly to my face that they had completed the patch and rotation. When the other piece arrived, they addressed the signal and he told me that they did patch and rotate the tires. 2 months later, that same tire had issues. Once again I took it to Discount Tire. Volvo of Phoenix NEVER patched the tire. They did a "plug", which ultimately destroyed the interior of the tire. Discount informed me how dangerous it was to be driving on a plug and it was not an acceptable practice to do this. We were so upset by this because we had been driving our children in this car on this tire even for out of state trips. We no longer trusted Volvo of Phoenix. We ended up having to get 4 totally different tires, because the the car's current tires were on a 3 month back order. We couldn't order just 1 or 2 tires to replace the bad one. We did go back to Mark at Volvo Cars of Phoenix and after a significant amount of time spent discussing this matter, they refunded us for 1 tire. At the same initial visit, Mark informed me that the brakes had issues. I inquired about this several times, because I felt that those issues should be under warranty. Mark told me right to my face that it was not covered under warranty. After the dishonesty with the tires, we took it to an independent service station, where we take our work vehicles. The brake pads were not in need of repair at that time. 2 months later, I took it back because the brakes have always "squeaked" since we purchased it. Our mechanic used Volvo brake pads and replaced them along with the rotors. Just this week my service light came on and said that my "Start/ Stop" function needed service. This time I called the Volvo of Scottsdale. I was informed that all of the brake work should have been under warranty and they addressed everything in my car. They were pleasant, honest and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I have filed a complaint with Volvo Customer Care USA, but want people to be cautious of using Volvo Cars of Phoenix. I would never recommend them. More

Great Buying Experience Shawn and Josh are awesome. I was in the market for a used car and had my eye on something specific that was not a Volvo. It took a day or so to reach Shawn and Josh are awesome. I was in the market for a used car and had my eye on something specific that was not a Volvo. It took a day or so to reach an agreement, but every step of the way I felt treated like a human being/respected. No yucky sales tactics. Very nice dealership and everyone was easy to work with - I would buy from them again. Who knows, maybe a Volvo will be my next car. More

Shawn wasn’t pushy, respected my boundaries (and my lack of patience for this process) and didn’t push too hard.
