He knows the Volvo product and took time to show us all the options available and explain them thoroughly. His patience with our questions and our calculations was simply outstanding. We very much would have liked to purchase a car from John but we were disappointed that Volvo has a policy where you can't build or order the car you want. (Somewhat understandable being they are made in Sweden) Lastly the Sales Manager and I couldn't come to agreement on a monetary cost on the vehicle that came closest to what we were looking for so we did not purchase a vehicle. However our experience with John made the hours we spent very worthwhile. I would recommend John Pacheco to family and friends if they are looking to purchase or lease a Volvo. More

Inappropriate behavior by general manager While in the waiting room as my car was being serviced, I heard someone gradually raising their voice in an angry manner in the adjacent showroom area While in the waiting room as my car was being serviced, I heard someone gradually raising their voice in an angry manner in the adjacent showroom area. As the person escalated, I could hear him berating another employee in a very condescending manner. It made me uncomfortable and anxious about the argument and how it was going to end! So uncomfortable that I approached the individuals. The gentleman, who I later learned was the general manager, continued shouting at a sales consultant. I interrupted him and stated that his behavior was inappropriate for a place of business, let alone where customers are in the area. The manager then rather condescendly said to me, that they weren't arguing but were having a discussion and "we talk loudly here, mam." I will not go back to this dealership for any reason again, despite the fact that the service department did a fine job. More
