Outstanding services! I own two Volvo, an S60 and an XC 90 so I'm at the dealer pretty often usually for maintenance. They take excellent care of their customers and, what' I own two Volvo, an S60 and an XC 90 so I'm at the dealer pretty often usually for maintenance. They take excellent care of their customers and, what's most important, they do what they say in the time frame they say! All service staff is friendly, helpful and always available if o have questions/concerns. Mark and Brian are my two favorite there, such nice people! Volvo should be happy yo have such good employees. My dogs love yo go there too, they are spoiled with treats and petted by everybody and that's makes me happy, not many places will accept pets. I'd recommend in a heart beat and I'm sure they will always exceed expectations. More

The shuttle service is wonderful as well and the free loaner when my service time is lengyhy. I also renewed my extended warranty with Volvo and it gives me peace of mind and pocketbook. Easiest Purchase Ever at Volvo of Phoenix I was on the internet searching for a local Volvo Dealer, as I am new to the area. I found Volvo of Phoenix and called to verify they had the vehicle I was on the internet searching for a local Volvo Dealer, as I am new to the area. I found Volvo of Phoenix and called to verify they had the vehicle is wanted in stock. I spoke with a gentleman (EJ) he reassured me that my experience would be low pressure, and transparent. His main concern was my experience. He wanted to make sure they had exactly what I was looking for and that I was comfortable with the information I requested. Long story short, we did 90% of the leg work over the phone, which was fantastic. I agreed to come in the same day. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by a sales person, who then introduced me to EJ and Ulises. The GM (EJ) was well dressed, well spoken and very hands on. Ulises asked me for my keys, as the only detail we did discuss over the phone was my trade. When Ulises came back he gave me my keys and told me I had a nice car. Wow that never happens, I said to myself. After a few minutes EJ gave me the final numbers and we only negotiated for a few minutes. We meet in the middle and it was fair and by far the quickest, easiest, most painless purchase in 23 years of buying cars. The finance guy Von Hill was a little bit on the slow side, but worth the wait. He went over all of the paper work to make sure I understood everything. So if anyone is looking to buy a new Volvo, I recommend you go see EJ or Ulises at Volvo of Phoenix. They went above and beyond any other dealer I have ever dealt with. Bill Q More
