I went in looking for a used car as I had done the math and a new vehicle was out of my budget. The used one I drove didn’t wow me. Very disappointing experience and purchase. Everything started wonderfully until I was ready to begin the transaction. From there it was all downhill. Everything got worse and seems to continue to worsen. I'm afraid to even drive the car everyday in fear something else will go wrong. Don't let the initial welcome and greeting fool you. Definitely do not buy online. Read every fine line and detail with precision or it will come back to bite you. I would never purchase a vehicle here without having it inspected thoroughly by a reputable mechanic or auto repair center. Make sure you know what you're buying. Pay very close attention to financing and their administrative processes and documents. If you should experience an issue or upset don't even bother sharing feedback or requesting assistance from your sales person a member of management or even their corporate team. It will get you nothing more than upset and disappointment. There are other Volvo dealerships in the valley and I definitely suggest you try them first. Even if it's a drive it's worth it to avoid this dealership. More
