can’t communicate I provided my vehicle vin # and asked for a quote to install a backup camera. Received quote. Called 3 weeks later after buying the car based on the quote and was told the quote was wrong as they didn’t realize the vehicle was not prewired for it. A simple search of the vin would have given them this info. It took me all of two minutes to figure it out on google. Back and forth on the phone and bottom line they would not stand behind their quote they provided in writing but did lower the price after 40 minutes of debate. Also their original part prices were higher than what I could have bought them for through the Volvo site so even at the lower “negotiated” price, all they did is lower to a price I could have bought them for. Drop the car off on a Friday am and told that it would take 1-2 hours. No call that day, no call the next day or the next. Over 1.5 weeks later they tell me they didn’t realize the car was not wired for the camera. Something I spent an hour on the phone a week earlier discussing. All in all, it took 13 days to complete a 1 hour job and they would never call me the customer. I always called them and was left with a promise it would be completed that or the next day. I just hope I don’t have any warranty issues as I NEVER want to go back to a place that 1) is not educated on the cars they service 2) can’t seem to communicate effectively 3) will not pick up a phone an call their customers. The one positive is that I did have a loaner car the entire time. More
3rd time was the charm We could not fuel our 2015 XC60. We had to take it back 3 times. I understand that we had the “best” mechanic in the shop but they failed to test on 2 prior occasions if they could fuel the car after each repair. Also I found 4 bolts left lying in the engine compartment behind the rear engine compartment seal. On the second visit I gave the bolts to our service rep and asked him to find out about them. You have lousy mechanics. You have fantastic service representatives. Luis’s professional manner would lend me to recommend to others your business. The quality of work your of your mechanics is less than adequate. Price is another discriminator and $171 for an oil change is outrageous. Thank you, Jim Jim Latoff More

Luis is always a pleasure and the waiting area is pleasant and has good (and fast) wifi. My car is usually ready ahead of the predicted time. The only drawback is that the person who handles the technical help (needed frequently with the XC90 touch screen - is available on a very limited basis and I wind up waiting for him a long time (I never wait for any other service at Annapolis Volvo). Also have had some awkward moments when it came to his help with the on call svcs. I've chosen to forgo some of the services I am supposed to be getting just to avoid having to schedule and do another one on one with him :( Everyone else is fantastic though! More
