Frankly, I was stunned to learn that when Volvo says that it covers all required maintenance during the warranty, it means it -- I really was expecting some charge for something. I received an email stating that the work was done, but I did not receive my car until 40 minutes later. I was told it took that long to do the paperwork. Not a chance. I will certainly go back and hopefully it won't take so long. More
