Unfortunately oil was leaking from cam seals and solenoids so repair was much more extensive and took five days instead of one (including weekend). The tech did typically fine work and problem fixed. I don't usually ask for a loaner for a one day repair, and when it became clear it was more complicated there were none available. Had to rent a car, which was disappointing. Also I don't understand why the same Volvo OEM parts cost so much more as part of a repair than if I purchased them myself on line, including if I purchased them on line from Annapolis Volvo itself! Speedy service. I was satisfied with the whole service process. My only criticism is that I would like to know more detail on what was performed and any results of testing. Such as amount of brake pad rem process. My only criticism is that I would like to know more detail on what was performed and any results of testing. Such as amount of brake pad remaining, etc. More

Thanks Karwin, I really appreciate the work done on my car, you taking the time and care towards the detailed explanations on repairs needed, getting the loaner car for me to use for three days while the car, you taking the time and care towards the detailed explanations on repairs needed, getting the loaner car for me to use for three days while the car was getting repaired and the hassle free repairs under warranty. I expected to pay $2500+ for the catalyst converter and sensor when the second one failed shortly after it arrived in MD; after I had the first one repaired at the Waipahu Cutter Volvo dealership on Oahu, Hawaii just before I shipping it out a month earlier (and yes, I had to pay for the catalyst converter out of my own pocket!). You took the time to check and found that it was still covered under manufacturers warranty and saved me this bill! It was quite a pleasant surprise and I’m glad I’m not getting “swindled” anymore by the only Volvo dealership on Oahu. Much appreciated, Sue. More
Profesionel and competent but it took 7 hours We had our XC90 and V70 in for 7,500 miles service. The only add-on was a battery change. The total duration of the visit took 7 hours!!! We were first in line, when we dropped the cars off, but it seemed I was the last one to leave at 4;30 pm. So, it clearly seems like we got passed by customers arriving later than us. We were told about 2 hours or maybe a little longer, but nowhere near 7 hours. Our clear experience is that we were not important despite the fact that both our Volvo's were purchased at Annapolis Volvo. So, right now, we don't have a great incentive to purchased our next car there. Other than that the service was professional, competent and friendly. More
