I initially made a service appt with Volvo Lindsay in Alexandria. I went and the communication was terrible. I called Annapolis, which is a little further away from my home, because I wanted to establish Alexandria. I went and the communication was terrible. I called Annapolis, which is a little further away from my home, because I wanted to establish a service relationship with people I could trust. I made the best decision coming here! The person I spoke to when I made my appt was nice and helpful and listened. Then I went and Kevin was super friendly and gave me feedback on another service my car needed. Explained everything perfectly, and I could tell it wasn't "salesman speech" but that he cared about the health of my car. I decided to wait and the waiting area was comfortable. I was able to work and before you know it my car was ready! Super happy and thankful to Kevin for everything. Thank you. More

This was my very first service appointment. Check in was extremely easy and we verified exactly what I was there so do that day.
