Everyone was great, from the moment I walked in for my appointment until the time I left. I was kept up to date on where my car and service technician were in the process, and when extra work was recommen appointment until the time I left. All said, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work done resolved the problem. Overall very satisfied with the results. The only reason I did not give a “5” rating was that there is a limited availability of loaner cars. Not an issue this time since the work work was performed in a timely fashion but could be if more extensive work was needed as I live about 2 hours from the dealership.
