I was very pleased with the service department and their response on this visit. My Volvo had a small oil leak that I noticed after my last visit and I brought it back to be checked. The problem was quick response on this visit. My Volvo had a small oil leak that I noticed after my last visit and I brought it back to be checked. The problem was quickly identified as a burr/ nick in the o-ring for the oil filter housing cap. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. There was no charge for the fix / repair. I have always enjoyed good service but recently I was told I had to wait a month for a part covered by warranty. This leaves me driving through February and early march with no heat in the car in hybrid told I had to wait a month for a part covered by warranty.
